Be careful, they ruin your property
I ordered a pressure wash and showed the cleaners specifically which walls to clean/pressure-wash. But they unilaterally decided to wash my garage ceiling and specifically the garage door motor and they completely ruined it.
Upon highlighting this to the company, they claimed that:
- I told them to clean the ceiling and I will take full responsibility (not true).
- They only cleaned 3feet away from the motor (not true because it was soaking wet).
- They said their service doesn’t offer wall cleaning and this is out of scope (but this is not mentioned in their service description)
They do not have an insurance that covers the cost of what they ruined and they refused to even waive the service fee.
