Low priceS
It has very low prices for areas, you need to update your prices by postal codes
Have to start somewhere
This is a great app for beginners or someone looking for part time work. It gets you connecting with customers. To flourish as you go
Not worth it
Setting up the account was too complicated, looks like they don’t pay much either
Closed my account for no reason
If I could give them zero stars I would. They just closed my account for no reason after being with them for two years. All my customers were in the app. I’ve tried calling and contacting service support no one answers.
Pro
Has been pretty easy going so far and nothing but good to say about greenpal
Awesome
Great app to help you get started
Stripe sucks
The app is okay but they make you use stipe to get your money. You are more likely to get scammed by stipe than you are to get your money. They should be you the option to use Apple Pay, Venmo or PayPal. You know legitimate companies.
Un professional
This company is money hungry and doesn’t care about the vendors . I’ve been told that I’m not aloud to use the app by the co owner due to missing an appointment last year when I’ve been off the app for 3 years due to health issues . The guy would not help me solve the issue or listen to anything I had to say to prove my point . He claimed a email would of been sent out but I havnt been emailed then he goes to say I was texted to afterwards and just made everything seem to be my fault and I’m still confused how could this have happened when I’ve not even had the app in a few years

Won’t add bank for bidding
Just downloaded the app don’t everything it asked me to now it won’t send the link to my email so I’m able to add my bank information to bid on jobs I’m missing out on
Okay
Had more pros than customers. Your bid will never get through.
Bat app to start
I been with GreenPal for over 5 years I do about 100 yards a month through them I really recommend
Good for additional clients
I would rate this platform 4 stars, the app is very basic and needs a lot of upgrades and developments to truly make it more user friendly and accessible. Other than that it is a great way to add additional clients when growing a lawn care business. I am one of the top providers in my state and have met many happy clients through this app.

Increase the price range for service
Super excited about I will like to be able to change my costume over 1,000 in the same description or job
Schedule option back
Thanks for bringing the schedule options back, WE almost lost a few customers
It’s Fair in regards to app fees But not transparent with the meaning of 3rd party stripe payout
Many things come to mind. Such as if a customer chooses no vender quotes for service. They allow you to adjust your quote. But it has to be 5 dollars cheaper than your original . Where as the property goes another week or 2 or 3. Without a service. And they think the price needs to be reduced. When it’s the opposite. As more time passes and yards go neglected. Only results in more yard waste and clippings. Increasing time and labor. Why would the price go down. Very bad business logic. And allows customers to rape the system that is already flawed with 5 to 10 people quoting the same job. With no real current visual condition and size and shape of the property. Just not practical giving bids blindly.
GreenPal offers a real opportunity to gain and build a lawn service company. GreenPal commissions fee is one of the fairest and acceptable amount on the market. IMO. With that said. Possible reason for issues I find most frustrating. The platform has zero support staff. Zero. Their idea of support is to join a Facebook group and chat with other venders. Who I might ad. Have zero clearance to solve or manage any issue that may arise. The biggest problem and failure of transparency is the choice of stripe in the equation. It’s mandatory with no alternative choices to handle or process payment from customers. They say it’s for your own personal business that we the vendors manage. But that’s not true. As the stripe account is managed by GreenPal. And you cannot remove them from having all access and permission to the stripe account. As I mentioned GreenPal takes a very low percentage as a fee. When you add stripe fees to the picture. It begins to attack the bottom line. There should be alternative to choose from. So long as GreenPal can get its commission People don’t realize that Uncle Sam gets all your reported income. And demands 30% add 10% for stripe and green pall. Then cost of being in business. Fuels, machine maintenance, supplies(trash bags, chain saws, tools and parts and repairs) fuel taxes, and insurances . That another 25%. For every dollar earned on this platform. .65 cents is gone. And you take home ,35 cents on every dollar earned. The least the platform should give alternative for vendors to process payment from there customers with the hundred options out there basically free. From Venmo, cash app, Zelle, PayPal and all other. And GreenPal just need to tally up the job amounts Apply the fee and submit that number to the venders at the end of each week. To continue with the platform. Stripe is expensive and only want to up sale you in more expensive service options. And none of them are useful to small time Laen service companies. And I would argue just as un useful to large companies. As a fee of 3% for every transaction is insane. There is no reason to force all vendors to use this system that can not even create a user friendly transaction history in a form that is legible for tax purposes. .

DO NOT USE
This app and company are atrocious. Read all the 1 star reviews, they are the truth. You will be penalized for a rain delay and they do NOTHING for customers who don’t pay you. It isn’t really even worth trying to convert customers to alternate payment methods since they tell the customer their 10k sq/ft lawn with mulch beds every 3 feet that no grass at all can get in is a $50 service. RUN RUN RUN.

Not very vendor friendly
This app gives way too much scheduling power, amongst other things to customers. It lets them constantly change your schedule and makes things very difficult. This app also takes EVERY opportunity to penalize you for anything it can
Best lawn care app that I’ve used
Comparing this one to the other one that everybody loves to use the fitting aspect of it is favorable although it was quite hard to land the first one the app itself is very user-friendly
