Not easily navigated or user friendly
I have had to call in several times to find out why transactions haven’t gone threw or to ask how to move money because it’s not easily done. You would think that an online banking platform would have this nailed down, but that just doesn’t seem to be the case.
Easy to use - great bank!
This app is easy to use and very easy to edit purchases and transfers to describe them.
