Bill Pay

Not able to use Bill Pay on iPad. When I click on Transfer&Pay, it shows Processing and then it’s locked. Can’t go anywhere else including log out! I have tried internet on desktop and not able to use Pay Bills. I get a message why and follow their instructions to possibly fix it….well that doesn’t work either. Very poor app development. The bank doesn’t seem to care!!!

Crappy app

This app is kind of awful. It only works part of the time. You can’t get it to login in most of the time. Takes forever to load when it does work.

Cannot login to banking app

Whenever I go to login with correct credentials it claims that it cannot verify my account, and if problems continue to occur to contact the company, I know I’m logging in with my correct info, yalls app just never works properly. Fix it.

Some issues

Taking a check photo still doesn’t detect signature on back at times, usually when using red stamp.

Do NOT use Greenville Federal!!!

Their online banking and their app does not show available balance it shows current balance which is very misleading and causes you to overdraft unnecessarily. Their customer service is extremely rude. They don’t follow your wishes about not allowing your account to overdraft. I would not recommend that ANYONE use Greenville federal. They have no modern amenities with anything like Earnin. It has been a TERRIBLE experience banking with them. I wanted to switch to a different bank because I was tired of their app and online banking not working properly. I attempted to 0 out my account because of switching to a different bank. When I went into my Greenville Federal app it said I had $23.10 in my account which I attempted to 0 out by getting gas in the exact dollar and cent. Apparently my account only had $20 in it. Their app told me it was $23.10 though. The transaction should have been declined because when I first set up my account I set up a absolutely 0 overdraft. They overdrafted my account anyways and are now charging me $122 in over draft fees. When I called to try to dissolve the issue they laughed at me and told me that it was my fault even when I explained my account isn’t supposed to overdraft and they threatened to report me to the credit bureau. I asked to speak to a manger and she said the same thing that it was my fault and not theirs and that I needed to pay it otherwise they would report me. I asked if there was anyway that I would be able to get a refund because this all happened due to their app not working right to which she laughed at me and told me there was nothing she could do for me and that it was my fault and I just needed to pay it because “that’s what I owe them”. It has been an unbelievably terrible experience!! Probably the worst bank I have EVER used!!!! I do not recommend them to ANYONE and I mean ANYONE!!!
