Poor download
When I first signed up for this, I was able to download with no problem. However the last 2 weeks it has not downloaded. I am able to see the individual groups such as obituaries however the full enewspaper does not download.

New Greenville News app
The new app does not give me a newspaper. This app appears to be the same as greenville online. I may be missing something or not looking in the right place, but so far I hate it. Please bring back the old newspaper look option.

I read on my iPad, I do not like the forced split screen. I prefer being able to look at the index, select the article I want to read, and then have that article in fullscreen mode.

Review of App
In the eNewspaper I can’t read individual comic strips horizontally on my phone. They won’t turn like they do in the print edition app. Any suggestions?
Slow and annoying
I accidentally deleted the former version and can’t get it back. Why does it have ads when I pay for my subscription? There are too many unnecessary toolbars taking up space on the screen. It doesn’t zoom smoothly and opens an article full screen when just trying to move the screen. I’m seriously considering deleting this app.

A really poor application
Of the apps that I use regularly this one is the most amateur. It’s difficult to imagine that Gannett would let their users look at their products with this. It’s likely evidence that they don’t even read the paper. The pop up ads, the freezing of the app, the failure to be able to render simple things like bullet points, shrinking all of the pictures, etc. It’s really that bad.

App stinks
It doesn’t work most of the time. Enewspaper just has a blank dark screen. Prefer the old newspaper online format. Will be dropping my subscription
Spartanburg news
I am very disappointed in the coverage of Spartanburg. You say you report both, but not at all equally. The Charleston Post & Courier has more info about the burg than you do. I will be ending my subscription. Thank you for the 6 month trial. Boo for no notification of it running out & charging $26 a month.

Please bring the print edition app back! This newer app is almost impossible to use or even makes any sense. This newer is definitely a step backwards for improving customer satisfaction.
Difficult to print crossword puzzles from E edition
Why did this app get updated so that there are multi steps just to print a crossword puzzle or word jumble? It worked perfectly before… Leave things alone… I don’t necessarily need to hear my crossword puzzle. I just want to print it. Add the print icon back again so we can easily print crossword puzzles and word jumbles. Unbelievable! It’s bad enough not being able to get a printed paper until 2 PM in the afternoon after being delivered by the post office… now I have to deal with this?

Terrible app
Every once in a while, I get up in the morning turn my iPad on push the GreenvilleNews app button and I cannot get connected this morning. It took me at least 20 minutes and I still haven’t been connected or can’t get connected. This happens periodically I don’t understand I pay for this every month. Why do I have to go through this process periodically and then sometimes can’t even get connected to the paper

Difficulty with navigation. Also will skip around, return to another page with no hands on touch. Considering cancellation
Poor loading and failing to load
I keep rebooting this app and repeatedly it fails to load and provide access to the enewspaper. If it does not improve I will have to cancel my subscription since I cannot read what I have paid for!
