Unusable
I am not able to create an account due to the APP not recognizing my home address as valid (the website recognizes it fine).
I waited the suggested 3 months for the address to be updated into the APP. After the maintenance update they installed this last weekend, I was certain my address would have been updated but it was not, i still cannot create an account due to my address not being recognized.
Deleting the APP now and will use the website with no expectation of the APP coming up to speed.

Can’t log in
I can log in on website. My email address is correct in the online records. Note: on the website a username is used to log in, where this APP wants an email address.
Also App Support goes to their website but not to a place to make a report of this trouble.

Can’t Login
Can’t login with the same password I use on the website, and can’t try to reset my password since it says my email isn’t found.
Unable to login
App is not recognizing username/email and password even though I am able to login from a PC via a browser.
Unusable
I downloaded the app and am unable to create an account because the continue and login buttons at the bottom of the screen are non-function on my phone, iPhone 16. They are partially blocked and unable to move the screen up to press them.
Cannot register app
The app fails during the login process. It doesn’t recognize my username and password. I can’t comment on the apps usefulness other than this.
