Incredible Tool
What a terrific tool to help inspire my team! We utilize both Everything DISC and the Working Genius and being able to select feedback that speaks directly to their individual style and gift is more meaningful than any generic message.
Simple but Impactful
I just sent my first “greeting of gratitude”. It was simple to align what I was thinking with one of the gratitude messages and text it to a deserving colleague. It made a bad day for that person much brighter.
There are many choices so you can dial in on just the right message and then you have a space to personalize the greeting.
