Never works properly

Horrible at identifying plants. Have tried the app several times and have found it to be a water of time.

Trash

This app keeps trying to rob me

ID is terrible

I downloaded this, tried to identify two plants, it was wildly wrong, I decided it was garbage and canceled before I had to pay for it. Maybe the other feature are good but I felt like it wasn’t trustworthy after the initial experience.

Free trial to accidental subscription

I used this free trial for about 2 days and then forgot to cancel it. My plants weren’t identified directly and diagnosis wasn’t super effective. I found a better app for my vegetable garden but sadly got charged before I could cancel and Apple won’t refund my request. I’m sure it’s fine for some people but sadly just thought it would be more helpful for a new backyard vegetable gardener and can’t manage to get a refund despite reporting an accidental renewal within 10 minutes of realizing my trial had run out and I was charged.

Constant error

Won’t recognize me so whatever this app has promise

Broken

This app has been baggy but helpful for the last year but this week I can’t even log in, and when it does randomly work, half the app won’t load and it froze when I tried to update a plant details. Uninstalled and reinstalled didn’t help.

lei lucy

my plant came today was boxed well and it’s all fresh and pretty looking

Terrible for identifying plants

I wanted to like & use this app but it failed immediately in identifying plants in my garden. For example identifying the my perennial flowering catmint plant
as alfalfa and then as chaste tree. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Works, don’t need another app trying to take my $$

I can avoid all the extra cost and premiums, but it’s a plant id & care app… I didn’t mean to download an online plant shop that requires a monthly subscription with extra advertisements.

Not happy

I was told wk free then it charged my account. I surely believe this is to expensive

Poor Plant ID

Missed the proper ID of both my orchids and hoya

Identifier is horrible

I wish it was possible to correct known misidentification.

Greg

Too expensive rather Google it.

Love the app

This app has helped me so much with keeping plants alive! Thank you

Bot driven

This app doesn’t function as a quick reference quite to plant identification AND care . It directs you to a forum of others with knowledge on a plethora of different types of plants. That in itself is ok but not as useful when time is limited.

AI 😞

I was super excited to use this app but then realized it’s AI. Super disappointed.

Frustrated

I have had this app for a couple years. Then yesterday it asked me to sign in. When I did, it created a new account. I keep trying to sign in but it goes no where unless I create a new account.

Gardening Companion

So fun and helpful for any level of plant lover!

Doesn’t help

Need to pay for a membership

It’s cute

Cute app for tracking and identifying your plants, but the watering schedule is totally unreliable and random. Super Greg doesn’t have any useful features. Also I had to have support do a full swap to a new account for me because the app was so buggy I couldn’t access any of the plants I added after a while. Wish we could program the watering schedule ourselves so it’s accurate.—— I see the dev reply. Obviously you guys have programmed a watering schedule system, when I say it’s “random” I mean it doesn’t correctly account for factors that would affect the actual watering needs of the plant. It’s dishonest to suggest that it’s accurate for everyone. I live at high altitude and my plants dry out much faster and take more intense sunlight. So perhaps I’m an outlier.
