dysfunctional - loss of money
My customer experience is a total desaster. The details:
-) trying to charge as registered tourist in June 2025
-) station Koper Ukmarjev trg declared available but not accessible because of music event
-) station Porsche Koper not existing or not accessible when Porsche is close
-) station Koper Bauhaus available but refusing to start charging process showing red warning message in app; reason unkown
-) the promoted access to service via internet browser interface definitely does not work properly on my iPhone; i was forced to install the app before being able to trying select the correct charger ID
!!!!! for three attempts of start charging at Koper Bauhaus I received three notifications of credit card charge !!!!!

Would like to be green but you won’t let me
On all charging stations in cities all over Europe I have not encountered so many errors.. charging As a one time customer is horrible - don’t try. Lost 20 minutes and left annoyed afterwards. PleEe fix your stuff!
Never use this service
I used this service and instead of a one time 1.93 dollar charge I was charged several times equaling over 70 dollars.
