Hallo, danke für dein Ticket. Es wurde beantwortet und das Problem an die Entwickler weitergeleitet. Die Entwickler bemühen sich, so rasch wie möglich eine Lösung zu finden. Dein Ticket wurde geschlossen, da es vonseiten des Supports erledigt ist. Es tut uns leid, dass es derzeit zu diesem Fehler kommt. Viele Grüße Dein Team Grepolis

O aplicativo tem a mesma configuração que a versão do navegador e nos permite enviar novas melhorias diretamente para qualquer dispositivo, em vez de ter que manter dois sistemas diferentes. Você poderia entrar em contato com o Suporte com sugestões sobre como podemos melhorar ainda mais?

The player base itself has been plagued with abusive, toxic players that have nothing going on in their lives but to force people to quit the game to enjoy their lives! If you think this maybe a good game to play, then try something else because I can safely assure you that you’ll be lucky if your are constantly conquered! Players like to harass those with real lives to the point that if you try to keep playing this game it WILL COST YOU SLEEP!! The Devs DO NOT GIVE A SHRED OF CARE!! They ALLOW THIS BEHAVIOR as they feel if you have no choice you will waste your money in a last ditch attempt to survive!! DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME, OR ANY OTHER PVP GAME MADE BY THIS DEVELOPER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I am sorry you've had a negative experience in the game. As Grepolis is a war game it means attacking other players and directly interacting with them is a core aspect of the game. We do however offer different types of worlds with slower speed worlds being more casual and less stressful as well as worlds without city take overs.
Frust statt Strategie
Ich habe eine Woche lang Zeit und Mühe investiert, meine Stadt aufgebaut, Ressourcen optimiert und erste Truppen rekrutiert. Kaum war der Anfängerschutz vorbei, wurde ich von einem deutlich größeren Spieler einfach überrollt und meine komplette Stadt erobert. Keine Chance, keine Verteidigungsmöglichkeit, kein Ausgleich.
Das Problem ist systematisch:
• Pay2Win: Wer echtes Geld einsetzt, überspringt Bauzeiten und kauft sofort Armeen. Free2Play-Spieler sind nur Futter.
• Kein Fairplay: Neueinsteiger werden ohne Rücksicht sofort gefarmt oder erobert.
• Frust-Mechanik: Wochenlange Arbeit kann in wenigen Stunden komplett zerstört werden.
• Extrem zeitintensiv: Wer nicht 24/7 online ist oder nachts Wecker stellt, verliert.
Statt Strategie und Spaß bleibt am Ende nur Frust und das Gefühl, seine Zeit verschwendet zu haben.
Grepolis ist kein Spiel für Strategen – es ist ein Spiel für Goldeintreiber.

Grepolis ist dabei ein klassisches Allianzen-Spiel, das nur im Zusammenspiel mit anderen wirklich erfolgreich gespielt werden kann. Auch für Anfänger ist die Zusammenarbeit in einer Allianz ein wichtiges Kriterium um schnell zu lernen und auch im Bedarfsfall Hilfe zu finden.
Devs only want your money!!
Don’t bother downloading this game or getting infested in any shape or form, the developers don’t care about the well-being of their player population. They don’t care and maintaining a sportsman like player base all they care about is getting your money! They have no problem, allowing players to bully and abuse others to the point they rage quit as long as they make a profit, there are just as good games with a much better and supportive team than this one that you should most definitely invest your time in rather than this game or any game made by Innogames!! if they truly had any respect for their player base, they wouldn’t allow someone to abuse another player to the point that causes sleep deprivation, they would rather ignore the issues until the game is no longer profitable and has to be shut down so just help them speed up the death of their company!!

With Grepolis being a war based game it means being attacked is a core mechanic that the game itself revolves around. We do understand though that this can cause problems for players which is why we have a series of options to filter alarms in some scenarios or block alarms in our game settings. Players are able to adjust these as they wish.
Un jeu gâché par la triche tolérée
Le pire, c’est que ces joueurs sont souvent de gros acheteurs d’or. Résultat : pas de sanction, alors que tout le monde sait que ces bots existent depuis des années (des vidéos sur YouTube le montrent très bien).
On a déjà un système très “pay to win” dans Grepolis, mais si en plus la triche est tolérée, il n’y a plus aucune stratégie, plus aucun plaisir de jeu. Ça décourage totalement les joueurs de rester à jouer et de recommander le jeu à leur entourage.
Si InnoGames veut garder une vraie communauté, il faudrait enfin agir contre ces pratiques.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Aucune triche n'est toléré et les bots sont totalement interdits pour tous les joueurs, le support fait de son mieux pour sanctionner ceux qui les utilisent.

Pourquoi juste ne pas crée des serveur sans paiement et des serveur avec paiement ? Ha oui suis-je bête il veulent de l’argent, pas que le jeux soit aimé
