Worst management ever I’ve seen and no one cares when you escalate a ticket from this application nor you don’t get response from help line / what’s app.

Lied about deposit and amenities. They kept open the terrace for 1 month and closed it down for 2.5 months when the rooms were filled up.
Also, the deposit money never came back even after 1 yr of struggling for asking the amount back and my friends have been also cheated upon this.

Please don’t live there or use this app, it’s been 1 year since I left the Pg Grexter Furnome Elizabeth and I’ve still not received my deposit money which is not a mere amount. The app is good for nothing and nobody helps as they’re busy looting from unsuspecting boarders with their fake images and fake promises.

Pathetic services regarding the security money.
Hi there, i’m pankaj sharma one of your ex tenant from grexter barbara, koramangala,8th block,1st E cross road,room no.204. I haven’t received my security money yet after writing so many times its been 11 months still the condition is same. Again i’m requesting you to sent me the security money ASAP. Other wise i’ll take a legal step for it by sending you a LEGAL NOTICE, which will not be good for you and me too. So please i kindly request you to sent me the money to avoid legal consequences.

Cheated on my Security Deposits
I have been a resident of Polaris in EC. I always paid the rent timely but now when i vacated the room one month back, these people are not repaying back my security deposit amount despite multiple calls and follow ups. Pathetic management, dishonesty, not sticking to the words - this is what they do !
