Best app for music lovers!
Grey Matter is so intuitive and fun to use — my favorite part is the creative element, where you pick a color & gif & write a little caption about the song you’re posting. And then on top of that it’s just a great place to talk about music — there’s such a strong community vibe. AND I’ve already discovered so much more music that I know I never would’ve encountered otherwise! I’m so excited about app & look forward to seeing where it goes from here!

This is the future of online music
Grey Matter is the best app I’ve found for truly exciting and fun music discovery, it’s a must for any music fan.
I do love Spotify Discover playlists, but I’ve found Grey Matter to be much better for finding fresh content, and it’s more fun to use. Because Grey Matter is so social, I’ve built a network of music listeners who love variety but also ultimately have similar taste to me. In turn, my feed is an eclectic mix of their discoveries and as a result I find new artists and sounds that I like more often, and my boundaries are pushed beyond just AI-generated “similar music”.
The emotional aspect is also neat, I love putting together a statement on how I feel about a song I like. It’s a moment of reflection and a conduit for expression.
Finally, this app is ADDICTIVE. Grey Matter pulls in the scroll / short video style of TikTok and Pinterest which makes it just fun to use overall.
Moving forward Is love the ability to pick my own clip from a song and maybe some multicolor backgrounds / background images, that said, great job devs-thx for the great app.

Fantastic app for discovering music
I’m sick of getting fed music that someone else thinks i like. Here i can discover music my friends are sharing. And sharing music here is FUN! GIFs seem to dance along with the song i choose, and colors set the mood of the song. Can’t wait to get deeper into this and have more friends on the app!
