My i pad did an update and i lost all information saved for years. The grid calendar icon was white and said no longer available in this region. I’m still paying for it but no data. Has anyone ran into this?

I’m sorry for the confusion you experienced. The Grid Calendar app with the white icon is an older version that is no longer available in some regions. The current Grid Calendar (red icon) is a separate app, and data from the older version cannot be transferred or restored once it is no longer accessible. Because of this, there is no way at this time to recover data that was saved only in the older app. I understand how important long-term information can be, and I regret that I’m not able to provide a recovery solution.
