What's New in GridDash
1.3
August 19, 2026
A full redesign, top to bottom. Live timing has been rebuilt around a proper column layout, so position, gap, tyre and lap time line up down the whole tower and you can scan one field at a glance. Mini-sector lights moved into the main row the fastest read of who's actually gaining. Track status is loud now: a red flag tints the header and drops a hazard stripe across it. Everything else got the same treatment. The schedule leads with a countdown to the next session. Standings show the podium in gold, silver and bronze, with a points bar so you can see the gap instead of doing the maths. Driver cards are built around the team colour. Weather has a real hourly strip and a 7-day forecast. Loading screens now hold the shape of what's coming instead of jumping when the data lands. Plus a long list of fixes: • The app could hang on the launch screen with a poor connection • Live timing stayed blank after watching a replay • The Constructors standings never loaded • Changing the season did nothing on Schedule, Standings and Drivers • Team radio could play the wrong clip • Cancelling Sign in with Apple showed an error • Replay showed end-of-race tyres from lap one Every control now meets the 44pt minimum and has a VoiceOver label, and Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency are both respected.
