Logging in is a nightmare
This app as well as the service itself is a clunky, slow process that often stalls out even on the login screen. “Are you a robot” verification and then freezes. Our HVAC system uses this for changes and I couldn’t recommend this company less.
No way to register in the app
My building recommended I download this app. I accepted the terms, which were unusually sparse, and was sent directly to a log in page with no option to register a new account. It won’t even allow me to pass the captcha to see if I’m already registered.
Garbage
This system is generally crap. Supposed to save money but will end up costing much more. Run away from gridpoint.
Crashing, uninstall reinstall
App itself is great, but I am having a problem where the app will crash and refuse to open back up. So I end up having to uninstall and reinstall. Has happened every couple days. Can’t give a good review until this is fixed
