Latest Update Constantly Crashes
Most of the more complicated puzzles crash the game since the newest update.

This has just updated on iPad and crashes as soon as you open it not impressed
App Crashing
Interesting I already wrote a review and it hasn't appeared yet. Bizarre. It was higher rated, but the app has been crashing MORE. So much so that a nearly completed puzzle is fully reset when I go back in. I'm about two more crashes away from fully deleting the app. I LOVE the puzzles. The UI is easy. Its a great app, but if I can't even play it then I can't play it and it isn't worth the space on my phone.

Help
I absolutely love this game. I play it every day for multiple hours. It helps me unwind without being completely braindead. I also love that it isn’t absolutely flooded with ads. I have however noticed the past couple of weeks that it started to crash very often. I am not sure how to contact the developer but I would love this to be resolved because it makes it hard to play when it crashes every few minutes. Please help.

App Crashes All the Time
I’ve been playing for over a year and the app crashes everything single time and I play everyday. If that was resolved I would start playing again.
Relaxing, but crashes…
I absolutely love this game. It’s something that I can do to relax and not worry about what I’m doing…. but on the down side, my game crashes suddenly and I lose all the current work I had on a puzzle. I thought it was a problem on my end but it doesn’t seem like it is…..
Ads… why
Why did you add those long full page ads after solving a puzzle. Ruined it

I like GridSwan and it is really relaxing and fun. The only thing that I see is that it will go out on its own. I noticed that it happens sometimes when it is being played, and I really noticed it when I was scrolling through the titles of the different puzzles that I was looking through to see if I could find one that I liked. I have also noticed that the hint button reduces on its own whenever I work on one of the puzzles and it goes to 0 and gives me a message stating that I could buy more hints or I could start the puzzle again. Other than that I give it about 4 stars but I think if the issue of the app going out less frequently and the hint button reducing on its own would be fixed then I would give it 5 stars.

Crashing
The app crashes every time I am scrolling through the list of puzzles. I don’t see a way to reach the publisher. Love the game but I can’t even scroll through to see what puzzles I’d like to do without it crashing and closing.

I love this game and have loved it for many years.

no autosave
just started playng and find with apple pencil touch near edge of puzzle the game closes without warning. without autosave you lose all work up to that point.
I will change the stars once resolved
This is my go to calming game that I don’t feel rushed and I can keep challenging myself. Great simple easy to use. Zooming issues but that doesn’t bother me.
I can’t seem to find how to contact help/developer about an issue. I didn’t know I was only allowed a few photo uploads to create a puzzle. I haven’t found an image that works- so I deleted each one after uploading and it counted against me I guess? If I knew this I would have not tried different images with different colors or shading. I didn’t want create one with 50+colors so it was very confusing how to do it and what my expectation was - didn’t let me change the image without creating the puzzle so now I have a picture my daughter made I would like to upload and make into a puzzle but I can’t get that feature back.
I’d give this a 5 star as I’ve been playing this app for like 10 years or close to it. I’ve never really explored through it though and wanted to make one so I would like you to only credit off PUBLISHED puzzles and not half made ones. Does that make sense? Also would be totally rad if there was a contact in the help instead of archives Ty!

Update Makes Game Worse
I have been playing this game for years now across multiple updates. Yeah I get the need to monetize with only getting a certain amount of extra levels at a time. But this most recent update is what made me write this review. The view ad for hints used to give the full 10. Now it only gives 5. I’ll come back and give this the full 5 stars if this is reverted back to how it should be.

Exceptional game
I'm so glad you put GridSwan on the App Store! It's the best nonogram game ever. There's so many puzzles, no energy or 'lives' system and the only ad is a banner above the grid. You can even make your own nonograms. The only thing that bothers me is the direction pad - it's tiny and hard to use. I'd happily rate GridSwan 6/5 stars!

Crashed after 5 minutes
iPad latest version iOS 18.01 game crashed within 5 minutes and lost all progress. Went back to beginning with nothing saved
Pornographic ads
Good game. Ads are generally unobtrusive, but they have become pornographic. Poor choices, Apple.
Some of these Nonograms NEED hints to solve👎
Not all puzzles are solvable without using hints and that’s not how TRUE nonograms are (EX. Tick in the smallest of the small section of puzzles)
Love the game, but…
I love this game!! However, when you zoom in, you can’t move the puzzle around. You can only see the upper left hand corner of the puzzle? I can get it to zoom, but once zoomed in, I can’t move to different areas of the puzzle. so when it is in zoom, I can only ever see the top left hand corner of the puzzle.

By long pressing on the grid, you can switch to scroll mode. Update: In the latest version, scroll bars are implemented. You can enable them with scrollbar tool on the toolbar at bottom on grid screen.
