They won’t give me my funds
I have emailed the support team multiple times over multiple days I have over $1000 in my account that it will not let me withdraw out of there would not recommend at all what so ever they will not respond to me and the only way to contact them is email griffin needs a way better way at getting support or help when you need it they say their team is available any time but ive been emailing them for days on end with zero response would not recommend to my worst enemy

I would get the zero stars if I could. The premise of this app is really cool. However, the app randomly took my bank off and now I cannot add it back in. I’ve reached out to customer service on multiple occasions with zero reply. The app cost $60 a year as well. So now I’ve wasted $60 and all the money I’ve invested that I cannot get out.

So-So thoughts with the new upgrade
I throughly enjoy my Grifin app, I like the speed in which deposits and purchases are made. Just wish dividends were reinvested instead of going into cash accounts

I want to cancel but don’t know how ! I didn’t want this last year & you people had the nerve to sign me up again & charge me for something I don’t want. Why can’t you let me out of your sight & stop charging me!
Glitches
This app worked really well until the current update and changeover to the new broker. Now I am getting error messages or getting signed out and I am unable to sign back in again. I don’t know what is going on, but it needs to be fixed.

I can’t even get into my account and I’ve had it for a long time. No where can I find how to log in. Or find my forgotten password. Useless for any customer service help.
Unable to communicate with company
I’m trying to cancel account. I rarely used the app and deleted it. They still withdrew funds and there is no way to get refund. There’s no way to communicate with them. Seems to likely be a scam.
I have been charge without my consent
They charge me for a subscription that I never finalized, as soon as they started with you have to pay to continue or that I was going to have a monthly payment, I stop the process and even deleted the app. Don’t recommend this app!!!
Where is my money
I can’t login and I can’t t access my account. No one from support will return emails. No phone support. Hope Im not out $400, but losing hope.
Rip off
They take money but when you try and try to log in you can’t even with resetting the password change. I have confirmed the correct password and still nothing.

If I could rate this app 0 stars I would. App itself has so many bugs, I’m writing this while waiting for the app to stop crashing as I’m trying to sell my stocks and close my account after the company made the greedy choice of adding a subscription requirement for their ‘services’. They don’t even have a website, much less a good quality app that doesn’t fail to load after every click. I CANT EVEN LOGIN WITHOUT IT CRASHING, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD
