Awful customer service
I’ve ordered from them quite a few times as I loved their pizza & chips but I wanted to add some items to my order so I had to call in, the guy on the phone sounded rushed and confirmed my order was cancelled so I could order again. The new order arrived and the cancelled order didn’t so I thought I would receive a refund. But 5 days later and the refund didn’t come so I used their live chat. Danny & Kevinna were amazing and I would give them 10/10 stars. I was told that my order wasn’t cancelled in their system so I would not receive a refund.
My supposedly cancelled order didn’t come so why didn’t it arrive if it wasn’t cancelled. So I’m annoyed right now and I’ve just deleted the app, the only good thing is kevinna gave me a coupon for food hub so I’m glad about that. The only reason I have them 2 stars is because I like their food & their live chat is amazing but their customer service and refund policy or whatever is rubbish. Please make sure you don’t make a mistake on an order or have to cancel because there’s a good chance you won’t receive a refund
