Ordered food late for 1 hr
I recently order food in the app. They don’t notify you of your order will be late - No emails, text message or phone call. I called them multiple times, no one answer phone calls. I’ll never use this app again.
Need modification
Everything was going well when I was ordering food but when I checked out and was about to complete the transaction, it said to me that my postal/zip code is invalid because I am not in US. Why did you call this “Grill City Canada” then?
