Won’t connect to Bluetooth and tried three new batteries and probe won’t charge. Waste of money 😡😡😡🤣
The key to the problem
The key to this apps problem is one single piece of information. The probe holder has 2 main functions. First, you need to put the probe in to charge it up. Until the probe is charged YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONNECT IT TO BLUETOOTH. so, once fully charged, REMOVE THE PROBE FROM THE CHARGING CASE. THEN BEGIN TO CONNECT IT TO BLUETOOTH. APPLE (not the app) will NOT show the connection, but the app will display the probe. Tap on that indication. The X (top right) will disappear. You are now connected. All else after that will be obvious. Good luck, AlanH

Honestly, This does not work
Do not buy the probe, it really does not work. Complete waste of money. I don’t often leave reviews but wanted to make people aware that this is a scam.
Absolute garbage
Don’t waste your money on this product, overpriced, range is less than 2mt and battery is less than 2 hours. Useless!
