Ads after every round is annoying and then SHEIN window opens by itself during game. I didn’t even click on anything.

食べ物を移動させてる途中でフリーズすることがある。(スマホの)ホームに戻ってまた開いてを2〜3回繰り返すと動くようになるが、その間ゲームの制限時間とコンボの制限時間とかは何故か動き続けるためこれのせいでコンボが途切れたりする。他のアプリではフリーズすることがないのと、端末自体も新しく容量も余裕があるため端末側の問題ではないと思う。最近は2〜3回に1回の頻度でフリーズするのでできれば改善してほしい。ゲーム自体はすごく面白いです。楽しませてもらってます。

Ads out of control
The game was fun until the ads started taking over. I can set my phone down on the table and ad websites will open in safari without me even touching my phone. This happens during playing and in between. It is getting extremely annoying and I’m about to delete the app off my phone.
Used to be fun!
This game is oddly addictive, but now the items freeze and you lose time as you’re unable to move. But worse than that is that SHEIN ads now pop up in a browser multiple times during each game, and another ad (some donut game) never ends and just repeatedly opens the game in the App Store, so you can’t close the ad at the end of it and return to your game. I knew this one would definitely lose my interest at some point, but I didn’t expect it to be because the game just became annoying.

Muito anunciante
Como faço para para entrar anúncios no meio da partida? Está muito chato isso, outro problema é o jogo travando, mais isso consegue ficar em segundo plano em relação aos anúncios realmente parando de jogar por causa disso, desnecessário!

Trava e propaganda
Propaganda excessiva e agora enquanto vc está jogando abre propaganda durante o jogo várias vezes horrível porque não dá mais pra jogar

Can’t swap food anymore
Fun game. However recently it has not been allowing me to swap two food items. Before I could take a food item and drop it over another one to swap places. Now I can only move a food item into an empty space. This makes it a lot harder to play as I have to move items into empty spaces individually as opposed to quickly swapping. If all my empty spaces fill up I have to end the level even if I have matches available.

얼마전까지만 해도 일대일 맞교환이 가능했는데
업데이트 하고 나서부터 막혔네요. 다시 상품들끼리 일대일 맞교환 되게 해주세요. 이거 막아놓으니 게임 너무 재미없어요. 모든 자리가 꽉 찼어도 일대일 맞교환이 되니 어떻게든 살아남을 수 있었는데 이게 막히니까 무조건 아이템 써야 하거나 죽어야 하니까 너무 불편해요. 원래대로 롤백해주세요.

Cool until it makes you angry part 2
I really enjoy the game however, now that I’m past a certain level the game keeps glitching. Like it’ll keep a food item stuck in mid air while the timer is still going. Then it’ll unpause or un-glitch and put the item back in its original position. I can’t click on anything else all while this is happening. I don’t understand why this keeps happening. The game is up to date, please fix this issue.

Ads you can’t exit
I have bought the no ads plan on here but when i need to buy an extra grill or something I use an ad and it doesn’t let me exit the ad so now I’ve lost the challenge i was involved in. Please fix this! It’s very annoying.

Glitches
Fun game, the glitching is getting annoying. I have to restart the game to get items to move because they get stuck. Also it will just exit out the game and crash suddenly & now I’m starting from a tutorial instead of my level I was just on.

My lives were missing; Poor customer service
I have an issue with receiving team lives. My teammates send me lives, but I only receive 1 life, even though I should have received more than 5 lives in total. This problem has been happening for a long time. I have been having this problem for a long time. I keep contacting customer service, and they seemed to fix it for a while, but after a few days the same issue comes back again. So I always have to notify customer service again.
Last time, after I joined a very competitive team, the problem seemed to disappear. However, I accidentally deleted the app, and when I recently logged back into my account, the problem appeared again. Also all my lives had been wiped out. It has already been two days since I contacted customer service this time, and they still haven’t replied to me. This situation is very exhausting for me.

Used to be great
Now it glitches when dragging food but the clock keeps going and when ads pop up you get sent to the App Store and can’t continue your game because it just keeps redirecting you back to the App Store. Very frustrating.
Too many ads
It was fun at first but the more levels you do the harder it becomes and having to watch over a minute of ads just to get an extra 30 seconds doesn’t seem fair. Not only that but you only get 20 coins for every level you beat but you need 800 just for an extra 30 seconds without watching the ads. I feel like I’m spending more time watching ads than I am playing the game.
