App won’t load
I love GrillSmith but their new app never works for me. Over the last 6 months I’ve probably installed and uninstalled it at least 10 times. Just when I think it might work, it doesn’t. I used to be part of their loyalty program but since I can never get the app to work, I can never scan my receipts to earn loyalty points. Am I the only one? I’m using an iPhone 13.

Won’t work
I can’t get the app to work. It keeps saying "Something went wrong. Retry in a few minutes.” I uninstalled twice. Same result. The update didn’t remove the bugs. Great food, crappy app
No working app
As much as I would like to use this app I have tried for 2 days to load it my iPhone and it is a nonfunctional app! I have a receipt I would like to add after I register but I can’t even get the app to open. This latest update apparently didn’t fix the bugs!
Best Fish Tacos in Lakeland
The Cod was perfectly cooked, the cabbage topping mix was fresh and tasty. Will be back for more. Great French Fries, piping hot.
Great dinner
Danny was wonderful and all over it, refilling drinks before you asked and very pleasant. Great food and service as always!

There are 2. Suaces 1 VERY HOT bu the one for sushi is NOT. 3 times we’ve the HOT. PLRASR K YOUR COOKS. ALL else absolutely wonderful, waitstaff and food justout of this world we come every Tuesday
Afternoon Delight
Early dinner, Dunch… or Linner, was visually enhanced by the view of the costume clad customers still prepping for their candy runs as they still shopped at the nearby party store.meanwhile, dining al fresco with nicely seasoned grilled salmon was a tasty way to end the month of October.

Reward program
As a single woman I do not understand why you only allow one check per table for reward points. We always have separate checks.

Love This Place
We have been coming here for years now. Never disappointed. The food is excellent; especially the port wine filet! Always bring our out of town guests for a delicious meal. Just be prepared... there is usually a wait... but well worth it!

Had Taylor for a server, incredible. Knows the menu, specials, etc. Food is always exceptional.

App shuts down when trying to order online
This app has not been updated in 2 years and shuts down when I try to order. This happened a few months ago too. I reported it and it worked ok the next couple of times I used it. The restaurant itself gets 5 stars, but the app gets 1 star.
Grillsmith, Countryside
Have been going there for years whether inside or out. The menu has somewhat changed (what happened to the drizzle of balsamic over the Chicken Gorgonzola flatbread?) and a few other little things. Not enough to stop us from returning but we did find the service lacking which is unusual and didn’t make our table happy. We will return to try again and please add the balsamic back to the menu.
