Great game. This review is more for their support. I had an issue where I couldn’t progress any further as an item was missing. I contacted support and they went above and beyond their way to fix this issue. I’ve never had such amazing support for an iOS game before. Thank you!!!
Lost all progress!!!
Just went to play the game, almost half way through, and it took me to the page where you enter your name..all the way back to the beginning. I know this is a free game but you only get about 5 min of energy at a time, maybe twice a day.. so it’s taken me a while to get where I was. Besides loosing all progress, having to use energy, instead of paying for hints etc, really ruins the game.

Can’t proceed, lots of bugs
My progress got stuck twice at the umbrella and later at the scissors dropped items that cannot be taken, both due to the action took place where there was an explicit of energy. Will not give a third try since the developers are not fixing this issue and I have the same experienced in another games as well.

NOT really F2P
It starts off free, everything is fine. Then once you get into it, all of a sudden when you go to use an item from inventory somewhere, a screen comes up saying you don’t have enough “energy.” Says absolutely nothing about energy until that point. Then when you click to get more of the “energy” to continue playing, it takes you to a screen to BUY it. There’s an option to get more free “energy,” and there’s no problem getting it the FIRST time. But after that you only get free energy after a certain amount of time. I got the free energy, played for about 10 more minutes then when I went to use an object in the inventory, the screen came up saying I needed more energy again…after only 10 min!! So I clicked to get more energy, but this time I couldn’t get the free energy. It said I needed 8 more HOURS of play to get more free energy! That’s crazy! Especially since it only lasted no more than 10 min. And unless you have this energy you can’t do anything. You can click around but any time you try to actually DO something, the screen to get more energy comes up. It’s a joke. This is the second game I tried of theirs that did this. First one I deleted when it started. Figured I’d give a different game of theirs a try (this one), SAME thing. I have no problem with developers charging for their games. It’s understandable. But don’t say it’s F2P when technically it’s not. I saw their replies to other reviews complaining about this same thing. They say it’s free up to a point then you need the energy. That’s a TRIAL a game, NOT a F2P game! I won’t be playing their games anymore.

Buggy
I was enjoying the game but if you run out of energy whilst picking up or using an object, that object can disappear. When you replenish the energy the object is still missing and you have no other option than to restart the game from scratch. After the third time this happened I gave up and deleted the game.

Just awful
Your games are just terrible. I’ve had 2 of them restart when I’m quite far into them! So frustrating. I will never play one of these games again!!!
Bugs!
I cannot do anything with the umbrella stuck in the car, even though that’s what the hint keeps telling me to do! I need the umbrella spoke, but the game won’t let me get it!
Has potential, but energy cost $$$
Interesting storyline, esp having the father alive after death. I had difficulty reading the text at top, too small. As for the much larger text which slowly indicates (letters typed one by one, not quick sentences) tasks that need to be completed, I see no reason for a just as slow message stating task complete.

game keeps restarting itself constantly so can’t make any real progress.

Same as other reviews unable to collect objects after placing aeroplane I.e.door handle so unable to continue.Please could you fix as I was enjoying the game.
Problematic
I started playing this game last week and one of the umbrella pieces was missing in chapter 2 even though the hints kept circling where it should be. So I restarted the game and made it to chapter 3. When I went in to play this morning, my progress was lost and was taken back to the very beginning. I ultimately uninstalled the game. Plus, the energy takes too long to reload making actual game play difficult. Nice graphics and game play, when you can actually play.

Can’t connect to buy energy. Says no internet but that’s what I’m using right now. Still can’t buy energy which is saving money. Now I’ve lost the brush with resin.
After many tries, I deleted the game and started over. Still can’t buy energy. Now I can’t get something because I ran out of energy.
The game wants me to do something I can’t do until I get the items I need. If this is the version with bug fixes you missed some.

Need to fix the bugs
Can’t get passed the room with the airplane mobile as it won’t let you pick up the items needed to continue.
Problem in Chapter 3
I was enjoying the game until chapter 3. I was unable to pick up the ghensing token even using the hints. It kept pointing to something just off the screen. Delete!
Good as usual but. . . .
Good as usual but there is a problem with the time limit/energy. I got all the way to the second area but as I went to make the plate for the door I ran out of time. So I came back to the game the next day only to find the plate had disappeared. I restarted the game only to have the same thing happen when I used the boiled egg on the fingerprint. Not gonna restart again. Hope u fix the problem your games are really fun.

It was great…
Until I reached a glitch. In the room with the airplane mobile, and the train tracks with the train. The hint indicates I need to do something with the train, but I cannot pick it up. I have no objects that can interact with the train so I am stuck here. Help.
