Already purchase fails
I purchased the full game ~ when I hit already purchased the game closes. This has happened on several games I really enjoyed from BFG.

I downloaded this game and nothing happens. I can’t even put my name in the “Player” box.
After all these years…
It doesn’t look like anything has changed. Wanted to give it a chance, again, and I couldn’t even type “players name”. It’s to bad really, that even with all these reviews that they didn’t bother to go back and fix it. And now I saw it referenced in another game, about going back to “VISIT OLD BUT WELL KNOW PLACES TO REVEAL NEW SECRETS”. How can it be well known when no one’s been able to PLAY?!?!

I have tried to play two games from this series on my phone and neither would work. They fully load in but I cannot do anything. I can’t even type my name in after the first intro scene.

When I was like 7 years old I played this game. It was scary and fun at the same time! I made it to the last level but I was to scared to die anything so I deleted the app! I definitely recommend this app for kids 10+ bc I was a lil to young…Have fun

I used to play this when I was a lot younger, and got to the 3rd demon before I stopped, and now I have it on iPhone, I can’t make it past the MENU! Big fish games, please fix this bug!
Nothing Works
Nothing works. I typed and carefully re-typed my ID, got SZXURX every time. Backspace doesn't work. Couldn't get out to get back in. Nothing works--except deleting it. That works.

i used to play this game on my ipad a few years ago and it worked fine but for some reason the touch screen doesn’t work on my iphone and i couldn’t get past choosing my name
