I downloaded it on my iPad and it’s not letting me put my name in and it fizzing on me please can you help me please or put another game

This could be such a good game
I love the concept of the puzzle page having multiple layers, but there are several that don’t have the elements to solve the puzzle. Also I’m not sure if it’s my touch screen, but it’s really hard to grab certain items or the morphing objects. Like clicking everywhere to get a certain item. This could be a cool game if things were a bit more organized. I’ve got to say I’m bummed I paid money for this.

Game doesn’t respond
Should be 0 stars. Was looking forward to playing but this game doesn’t respond to touch. The intro plays then I get to the enter player screen but can’t go any farther.

I’ve purchased at least 50 Big Fish games. This is the 2nd time today I’ve tried to play a game but nothing works. Can’t even skip the intro scene or enter my player name.

Please fix it does not work at all I would give it five stars but don’t work looks like a good game to want to play it

Very sadly this game had issues a while back so I deleted it, I’ve downloaded it again and yet again the skip button doesn’t work and non of the buttons work (it does on other games just incase your thinking it’s my phone, it’s not) I can’t input my name nothing works so I can’t move forward and play the game!

Touch screen isn’t working, so you can’t actually play the game unfortunately :(

I know why this game only got an average of 3 stars. It will not even open. Please if you are going to put something on sale make sure it works!

I wasn't able to play because nothing on the screen was responsive. I couldn't type my name in or skip so I just deleted the game. :( lame
Nothing works
Couldn't skip the starting scene, couldn't even type my name in, deleted immediately. The more BFG games that I download the more disappointed I am.

Interesting and fun many puzzles and hidden object scenes

Besides the sound cutting in and out, I don't have anything bad to say about the game. It was definitely not one of my favs. Don't know if I can really pinpoint why, I just didn't like it that well. I played it, wasn't sad when it was over, ready to move on.
