Can’t play game already purchased
As title says, when I go thru the purchase process and get the message that I previously purchased and would I like it for free, I click OK, get a message that the purchase was successful but the Unlock Now never goes away and I can’t progress in the game. This is the first problem I’ve had with Grim Tales games.

Pretty glitchy
The preview is extremely short and once you buy the full version, it gets very glitchy. Too bad, as it is a nice game otherwise.
Too many glitches
Waaaaay too glitchy. Only becomes noticeable until AFTER you purchase the game following free play.

I enjoy these types of Big fish games! One problem I paid 6.99 ! Then i deleted it by mistake and when I installed right away you charged me again! Not cool at all ripping customers off!😡😡😡😡😡😡I want a refund! Lately I noticed I paid for games and been charged again!

I had to replay this game 4 times. It freezes on me and just recently was doing a object scene and I could not puck up a feather to put on hat. The same goes for the cannon scene. You charging me for a game that I have not enjoy because of the problems
Big Fish
I have always liked Big Fish games and have not experienced any problems with them so far. I especially enjoy the series of the Gray Family. Always entertaining, and challenging without being intimidating.

Haven't played long enough to decide if I like or not. Might have possibilities.
#2 Enjoyed the game but had some issues with screen sensitivity.....very frustrating! Had a hard time seeing details on some shots, very small details were really way too small.
Thank you for the game! Grim Tales is just about my favorite.

Elephant games I’ve played got stuck midway through. By that I mean I am unable to pick up inventory items and as a result the game was over. I’ve challenged Apple to return my money and it has.

This is a great game...the only thing I would change is having music when you are in the hidden objects sites.

Interesting concept but small in parts and I skipped most of the puzzles as I found them too tedious or difficult.

I've played all of the Grim Tales games and this one was by far my favorite!!! It's got everything I look for in a HOAG and then some! Go ahead and buy this one, you're gonna love it!!
