Grimaldi’s does NOTHING if something goes wrong with your order. You’re much better off ordering through DoorDash as they’re the ones actually delivering and the only ones held accountable if something goes wrong.

Our family all downloaded the app to each get the free starter salad, and we made sure to ask our waiter beforehand if we would all be allowed to do it, and he said yes it was not a problem, and he would be able to split the check four ways. After we finished our meal and asked for the check, he said he would go talk to the manager about splitting it four ways despite already saying it was no problem. So we were charged NEARLY $60 for our four starter salads. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, I wonder how many people they get with this.

The app worked ok but does not allow customization and if you have a reward the terms are not clear. Reward would not work regardless of what was ordered.

Imagine ordering a pizza. Being there when it says it will be ready in an hour and then waiting another going on 30 more minutes and still no pizza. Won’t be coming back and I hope anyone who reads this doesn’t go either and waste their time.

Won't Let You Update Birthday or Favorite Location
Super buggy or flat out broken app. Can't scroll to the bottom of some pages without closing app first and reopening. My birthday is incorrect but you can't change it because it's grayed out with a little asterisk * yet there's no key at the bottom that explains what it's for. Was supposed to have rewards added to my account but they're not there. Wouldn't trust this app to order anything. Just go to the restaurant in person. Far less frustrating experience.

I just signed up for the app and I went to checkout and it showed free starter so I went back in and found a starter and it said I didn’t meet the requirements I went to find what they were and there is no information about it. So I went and cold that and just got pizza which was awesome

Place an order and place it in your cart and come back to the app after 20 minutes, your order is GONE. It’s F-You just start from scratch again.
