really good

its just fun. its not too grindy unless you want it to be by skipping the corruptive researches. im normal.

Whats w the obsession w taps?

Like bro almost every upgrade is taps this, taps that. Tap build still aint even attractive without 2 spell slots for multiplicitive bonuses. And then hold tap is randomly 1/10th what a human can do w 2 fingers

would reccomened

never forces ads down your throat. can watch an ad for a x2.5 money boost for 4 hours, but its not necessary to progress at a reasonable pace. rlly good game, way better than most of the ad-ridden junk on the app store

Question on tap farming.

do you think if I have my phone between my butt cheeks, I could farm lifetime taps while I'm doing other things?

great game!

Overall a great game! Got a new phone, lost a years worth of progress (Around 300 days), but to be honest, im fine with starting over! I love this game. So much.

Sweet Spot

This game hits a nice sweet spot that I like in idle games. It allows you to live your life and put it down without much consequence but allows for strategic and logical thinking on how to optimally progress when one has time. I bought the 4.99 2.5x boost which does not seem to be required to enjoy the game but I got it mostly to throw the developer a few bucks.

Simplicity at its finest

A super minimalist idle game with one goal. Make number go up.

The Grimoire theme is perfect for those who’d like a less distracting experience.

The scaling is very well done, a goal is always in reach with the right sequencing and a little patience.

What a nobis game

This is my favorite incremental nobis game I’ve ever played it is full of numbers and limbs and I enjoy this keetadonian

My favorite idle game!

As some critical reviews have said, I used to think this game was stupid because it got to be too difficult to advance at a certain point. However, you really just have to get creative with all the different upgrades! If you’re ever stuck for more than a day, you’re probably doing something wrong

Great game

If you enjoy incremental games this one is for you

Great game

Played it for a week! Finding how different stats synergies with the mechanics was great fun. Would recommend

i absolutely love this game but...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD MORE CONTENT I WANT MORE GAMPLAY THIS GAME IS SO FUN

Love love love this game.

I’m an adult gamer who has hunted for and played mobile games for years. I’ve found my sweet spot is games with an idle function that allow me to farm when life gets busy or I’m working, but is minimally distracting and has active play when I’ve got the time.

Idle games have been SATURATED over the years with copy and paste mechanics and unoriginal art styles, or cringy premises like “prison warden” 🤢

Not so with Grimoire. I love that it’s distilled to two main playstyles tap or idle, but the heart and joy of the game boils down to enhancing the mathematics of your boosts and multipliers. Upgrades beyond your budget are hidden and maintain a sense of mystery. Ascension is fun as it allows you to frequently “pass your Grimoire to a new user” who will make completely different societal choices.

There’s beauty in Grimoire simplicity that doesn’t feel hollow or thin.

Just a great Game

I had a good time, I’ve almost beaten it, but it was one of the best idle clicker games I’ve ever played

So fun

The fact that the idle has no limit makes it so much better and more fun

Actually 🔥

is actually honest about the adds being fully optional. ive been playing for about a week and im already obsessed! would definitely recommend if you're a fan of these types of games. (plus i love the little story parts)

Mildly Addicting

I’ve tapped the screen 1.65 million times playing this game. I’ve beaten the game 4 times. And I’m still playing…

Highly recommended for idle fans

This game far exceeded my expectations. It’s very minimalist but in a sleek way, not amateurish. It’s your standard idle clicker but progress is fun and there’s a steady drip of new mechanics. There’s also a meta-story about the grimoire which is well told. There also aren’t any obtrusive ads. You can watch a 60 second ad for a 3 hour boost and that’s it, no treasure chests to click to get an extra ad and gold, etc… There’s a fun irony here, the idle game I’m most interested in spending $5 to remove ads/support the devs os the one that I feel least pressured to do so.

wow

I don't know how they did it, but when my progress slows down I get confused and think that I should just give up, but then I rebirth (whatever it's called) and I do one thing different and it has massive changes. definitely not for people who like a lot of colors and visuals because this game has black white and blue, and some symbols. very beautifully simple
