Great App
Been using the app for 3 months and saved an absolute fortune
Wanted to support local….but
Downloaded this a few years ago as I want to support local. Unfortunately app doesn’t update once ordered, other than calling restaurant direct to cancel when overly late. If they don’t answer, no recourse to sort or review. App now deleted.
Estimated delivery times are a load of rubbish
Whilst I understand that this app just connects you to local restaurants, they need to do their due diligence when those restaurants are not achieving the delivery times they advertise, which happens far too frequently.
Doesn’t recognise my address
I moved recently and it doesn’t recognise my new build address, all the other food apps don’t have a problem, the address is registered on Royal Mail, on google maps etc. just this app that doesn’t recognise it
Can’t leave reviews, or get any support on orders
Not recommended, can’t see reviews or leave reviews. No hygiene info. Setup for restaurants to avoid fees related to just eat and those who don’t meet standards for other platforms.
Not impressed
Not great been waiting for a delivery and doesn’t refresh when you are seeing the status of your order and no where to leave reviews of the restaurant
Brilliant app!!
Used this app for the first time tonight, was sceptical at first having not heard much about the company but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised. The app is really easy to use, it looks professional and has all the features other takeaway food apps have.
Password problems
The app is simple to use although doesn’t show the hidden delivery or admin fees until you do the final checkout. Admin fee? Really?
So I ordered a meal and tried to track it. It had not updated for over 50 minutes. I closed the app any reopened it. Same. So I deleted the app and reinstalled and it would not recognise my password when I tried to log in. I did the password reset and all I get is a blank screen. I’m not locked out my account.
Pretty poor this has passed beta testing. I hope the companies that use this app know what’s going on.

Disappointed (not ordered yet).
So I downloaded the app to help support small businesses and on first impressions it looks great and way to use.
Unfortunately all the options that you don’t usually have from some of these takeouts don’t have a more detailed distribution. It comes across as the developers have rushed the app to get it up and running.
If this is altered I’ll edit my review.
