Beautiful but aggravating
Beautifully made game in every way except that the difficulty ramps up to the point that it feels like you are repeating the same action over and over until eventually you get lucky and get it just right. There is only ever one solution to challenges and it becomes so difficult that it is no longer fun to play.

Graphics and visuals are stunning however the controls are so infuriating that it ruins the experience and story very quickly. Will never play this again.
Beautiful But Hollow
Stunning art and music. The opening is breathtaking. But once the visual wonder wears off, there’s not much left. The gameplay loop gets repetitive fast, and collecting feels like busywork with no real payoff. A great premise that doesn’t quite land. Just so so.

Terrible jumping mechanics
Please, make the character jump higher or something, it really annoys me standing at one place jumping over and over again trying to get on a platform that I’m suppose to be on. If the player is supposed to be there, make it reachable pleasase, it’s really make my game experience kinda bad. The art is good, the music is cool, color is beautiful, just pleasase, it’s not parkour, make the jump doable, the character just don’t jump higher enough for a the next flare of stairs, is it really supposed to be that hard for me to reach the next flare of stairs??? There’s 4 identical flare, it’s not fun being stuck.

Stunning all round
Perfectly formed. An absolute delight to play. Other than one moment when I had to refer to YouTube for the solution there is a near perfect balance between visual beauty/creativity and figuring out the moves. Some reviewers are having issues with moving the character - I’m playing on the iPad and it works completely fine for me. I suspect that they haven’t quite mastered the timing of the moves/jumps or need a new iPad. It’s actually very satisfying when you do eventually get it right (there has to be a bit of a challenge!). It’s also a very long game which is rare-every time I think I’m done-a new world opens up. A great escape-I think everyone needs a bit of GRIS in their busy lives.

A great premise, an great graphics, but I just couldn’t get used to the controls, not intuitive at all.

This game is entirely wonderful in so many ways. I love how the storyline represents emotion through color, shape, and sound. The gameplay is never too demanding, yet always immersive, making it a great experience for any player. Even after ‘completing’ the game once, I look forward to replaying it time and time again

Must-play
As soon as I finished this game, I played it through again 8 times in a row. I’m not kidding 😳. The soundtrack is gorgeous and the artwork is some of the best I’ve seen in games. Some people mentioned glitches where they couldn’t move or progress further, but I didn’t encounter any when I played. The storyline is beautiful and just feels human. This is without a doubt one of my top 10 favorite games, and so many thanks to the creators ❤️. If you’re considering downloading this game, please do. It’s worth it.
