What's New in Gritup
1.1.0
August 19, 2026
This update is about what happens after the session. STRAVA, CONNECTED • Link your Strava account in Settings › Integrations, and the sessions you record turn up here on their own. • An imported session brings everything your watch measured: heart rate, elevation, cadence and power, plus your route on a map you can open full screen. • If we matched the wrong activity, or missed one, pick the right one yourself from your activities around that date. • Disconnect whenever you like. The sessions already imported stay exactly where they are. YOUR PLAN CHECKS ITSELF • Training hasn't gone to plan? Ask for a plan check. If an easier week would help, you'll see precisely which sessions change, and decide whether to take it. • Or set the dial yourself: make the coming week, or the rest of your plan, easier or harder, and see what moved. LOG WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DID • Record your duration, distance and effort when you mark a session done, instead of assuming you hit the target exactly. • Didn't go to plan? Log it as a partial session, as something else you did instead, or skip it. It counts as what it was. • Effort is now a five-level scale anchored to the talk test. • Changed your mind? Tap a completed session to edit what you logged. YOUR SESSION COMES FIRST • A completed workout now opens on the recap: your time, distance and pace, with your effort alongside. • The planned session folds away behind a single row. It's one tap when you want it, and out of the way when you don't. MILES OR KILOMETRES, YOUR CALL • A new Units setting switches the whole app between metric and imperial. It starts on whichever suits your region. THE APP SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE • Gritup now opens in your device's language when we have it: English, Spanish or Portuguese. You can still pick one yourself in Settings.
