Too sensitive
The screen is too sensitive. All it takes to add or subtract an item is a light touch - you know, like when you are just trying to scroll. I’d give it many stars if they would change it to a slide gesture in order to move an item.

Cannot upgrade to Pro
After my payment method was wrongly declined, I am unable to reinstate my account to Pro and unable to change payment method I have contacted the app 3 times and and no help. The app keeps crashing when I try to upgrade and my credit card works for everything else. Horrible customer support.I have used this app for years. What happened to you!I loved this app and used it every day

Easy to accidentally delete items
My wife and I have been using this app for sometime. It’s very handy so that we can both share a shopping list. My only complaint is that it is very easy to accidentally delete an item and think that you have bought it. It would be nice to double tap an item when you are deleting it so that this does not happen. There is an opportunity to improve this app.

Depuis plus de 10 ans nous notons toutes nos courses dans Buy me a pie. On y ajoute des items, des quantités et des catégories à notre guise afin de ne rien oublier et on retire nos achats à mesure pour éviter d’acheter en double lorsqu’on va chacun de notre côté.

Don’t need to bring a paper list
This is the best app. In case you soddenly find the time to get grocery shopping in, you have your list already with you on your phone. No more forgetting that one thing because you forgot to bring your list. Everything is super easy to add or take off and it remembers what you got the last time.
Issues lately
Items keep getting added by themselves. We’re not doing it. Been going on for months. I sent in a message awhile ago to let them know and still not fixed. I’m going to try another app instead.

Love this app and have been using it since it first came out. I find it really easy to add grocery items as I get think them and am not searching for a paper list while at the store. The colour coding makes items easy to group items by sections of the store.
