Registered an account but won’t even login. Always says “internet problem”.

Downloaded and registered my details as requested but can't login as the app just returns “internet problem” every time I try and login

This product is a headache to register. But the won’t let you log in anyway. So I basically bought overpriced led lights. Im definitely refunding
