A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one…
I submitted a previous feedback review regarding article text and TTS optimization, as well as ease-of-use for mental readers and stuff (i.e., run-on sentences and paragraphs and stuff).
The developer reached out to me, like, five minutes later, thanking me and explaining the changes and improvements they’re currently implementing, for more streamlined reading and stuff. And they reached out with a video-recording, not just a simple text, lol, dude.
Yeah, I definitely was NOT expecting that type of timely response at all (heck, I was half-expecting no response at ALL). So, kudos to all of y’all, and here’s a happy five stars from me, lol, thanks, guys! 😁👍

Cautiously Optimistic
I like the additional bits on information added to the articles that give them more context.
Needless to say, I AM aware of misinformation (residual especially from an AI standpoint), so I’m definitely gonna be approaching most of what I’m reading with a grain of salt. But at the same time, the whole point of Wikipedia is to use it as a base for additional research from OTHER sources. So, I guess Grokipedia isn’t gonna be much different. We’ll have to see; time will tell.
But aside from that, I decided to post my Grok review in this review page down below (as well as the app’s main review page), just ‘cause I feel like they should be connected…

My Grok review:
Starting off here, I don’t like AI, mainly just ‘cause I feel like it’s completely failed to live up to its potential. We were promised Ziggy from Quantum Leap, but instead we got a malfunctioning Wish/Temu version of Hal from 2001. But I digress…
But yeah, I’ve been hearing so much on the news about Grok recently (like with how “unhinged” it is and stuff, lol), I got curious and checked it out.
Let’s say I’m honestly pleasantly surprised with how user-friendly and overall just enjoyable Grok has been. For an AI bot, Grok is probably the best one out there, in my opinion, especially with its leniency and flexibility, which has been a HUGE breath of fresh air (as other reviews have said). Grok is the Ziggy from Quantum Leap which I’ve been looking for, lol.
This is an AI tool that’s fully tailored to the USER, and isn’t the same white-washed, boring, generic corporate garbage that’s getting shoved down our throats. I can DO stuff with Grok, without feeling like I’m getting drained of my life-force and personality in the process, lol. I don’t have to change my thinking and my opinions while using Grok, and I can use it as the assistant and tool an AI is SUPPOSED to be.
It’s actually made AI fun again. Thanks guys, and I guess thanks to Elon too, lol.
