I created a pair of orthotics, but the app did not save the order in my history. This would mean starting over if I chose to order a second set.
Other than that the only challenge was figuring out the distance to hold my foot from the phone; but the app does a pretty good job guiding you.

Fully customized insoles in 5 min
Really great app! The app does a good job walking you through the scanning process and it only took 5 min. Iāve struggled with over pronation in my feet for years but never had the time or $$ for expensive custom insoles. The ability to scan my existing shoe insole is also a game changer. Iām so glad this app exists, they made it so easy to get custom insoles and they fit like a dream. Iām definitely going to buy more so I can have Groovs in all my shoes.

Amazing!
I have multiple pairs of groovs as I prefer to keep them in each pair of my shoes. I donāt officially have foot pain or issues but Groovs are great for everyone. Not only are my feet more comfortable but I also feel much less fatigue. We spend so much money on our shoes; it is now time to invest in our foot health as well.

Absolute Game Changer!
Ordering my Groovs is the best decision Iāve ever made! I legitimately look forward to putting my shoes on each morning now. The added comfort and support cannot be overstated. Wow, it feels like weāre living in the future with Groov! I used my phone to take a 3D scan of my feet, and just a few weeks later, I received custom insoles that genuinely relieve my foot pain. The app guided me through the scanning process, which was quick and easy. ordering my insoles took only a minute or two!

It felt weird at first after a lifetime of having no arch support, but now I canāt imagine going back to a world where Iām not constantly walking on clouds.

What a great product and experience! The instructions in the app were straightforward and I was able to easily able to scan my feet and customize my insoles!! The insoles arrived quickly and my feet have never been happier!!

Horrible (non-existent) Customer Service
I ordered a pair of insoles for $149.00. The pair I received was way too small for my feet and did not work. I contacted Groov customer support for assistance and I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. They state online that āAt Groov, we believe customer satisfaction is our reason for existing,ā but it is a LIE! I feel like I was scammed!

Not actually custom. Not any good.
Canāt leave a review on the site. I wonder whyā¦ these are high priced and pretty much the same experience as dr scholls ācustomā. At ten times the price.

Perfect custom insoles
I have crazy high arches and itās nearly impossible to find good arch supports, my Goov insoles are the first pair thatās ever worked and stood up to my workout routines.
App doesnāt work
Tried to use Apple ID or google id, it doesnāt send verification code and after that, nothing happens, doesnāt log you in.. need better QA before publishing

Unbelievable!
I canāt believe how amazing this technology is. They can literally scan my foot from my phone in my own home and produce a fully customized insert. Itās incredible! And reasonably priced!!

Iāve been wearing my Groovs for a couple of months now and they are a must for all my shoes, Iāve ordered all 3 models and got most of my shoes fitted through the app as well, super easy to use and order
