The claim button does not work on the app or the website. Customer service has gotten horrible. Please fix these issues!!!!

Ringer size option pointless
To size an existing ring they give you two options : print off a sheet of paper and size your existing one that is not a groove life ring…..great option….if you have a printer. Option two; use the app. Go to the app….must have a printer.
In their videos they show a quick slide available to place the ring on the screen. Where is that option?

Every 8 months or so I have to have a replacement because it tears in the middle?

No BS means NO BS!!
I’ve purchased three rings and am pretty hard on them. Every time one breaks I let them know and BAM…. I get an email within minutes with a code to purchase a new one at no cost. Also, eat bacon!!

Open up app. Click on sizing guide. Click on use app. Takes me to the App Store. Open the app back up. Looks at me like the dumbest person in the world and will not open the camera or take me to some other screen or anything to help me size my ring. “Easy to use” my *ss

Sizing guide is just a loop of opening the app, being prompted to download the app, then opening the app
Ring sizer unavailable
The app works great usually but the latest update causes the ring sizer to cycle to the app download page.
Sizer doesn’t work
I downloaded the app to get my ring size, but the app points to the app to get your ring size. I went into the app and clicked on use the app to get my ring size which directs me to the App Store to download the app I am using to get my ring size. Endless loop and no ring size.
No size-link in app broken
I try to use the app for sizing as suggested by the video. I open the app go to sizing and it says use the app and takes me back to the App Store. Over and over again.
Sizer doesn’t work
I added this app just for the ring sizer. When you finally find it on the app, there’s a button to “Use App” which brings you to the App Store with a button to open the app. That takes you back to the Use App button in the App for another trip to the App Store. As a merry go round it’s mildly entertaining. As an effective app…not so much.
