About

Groove helps you stay in your target heart-rate zone while you run. Set a Zone 2 or custom HR zone, start your run, and get simple voice and haptic alerts when your heart rate drifts too high or too low. It is built for Zone 2 runs, easy runs, aerobic base training, recovery runs, and heart-rate-based workouts where staying controlled matters more than chasing pace. Use Groove to: - Stay in Zone 2 during easy runs - Set a custom heart-rate range - Get voice alerts when your heart rate is too high or too low - Feel haptic alerts while running - Reduce watch-checking during workouts - Keep easy runs easy - Practice heart-rate training with less guesswork Groove is intentionally focused. It does not replace a full training plan or coaching platform. It helps with one job during the run: keeping you close to the heart-rate zone you chose. Heart-rate readings depend on your device, sensor accuracy, and fit. Groove is a fitness tool and is not medical advice.
