About
Grooves is the golf training app that actually helps you lower your handicap. Not a session log. A coach.
You know the problem: you go to the range, hit 50 balls, head home. Next week you play again — and
your score hasn't budged. Why? Because you're working what you enjoy, not what's costing you strokes.
Grooves changes that. The app analyzes your rounds, surfaces your real weaknesses through Strokes Gained, and builds you a structured program tailored to your level, your available time, and your facilities (range, putting green, course).
WHAT GROOVES DOES
- Analyzes your rounds via Strokes Gained to find where you're actually losing shots
- Builds a personalized program every week
- Offers 15–90 min sessions that fit your schedule
- Tells you what to work on today, in plain language
- Adjusts intensity as you progress
- Tracks your handicap curve over time
WHO IT'S FOR
- Golfers who want to improve without spending hours on it
- Players who train alone and don't have regular access to a coach
- Competitors preparing a season or a specific target
- All levels: beginners who want a structure, experienced players who want to be more efficient
KEY FEATURES
- Weekly program aligned to your goals and calendar
- Library of technical drills (putting, short game, irons, driver)
- Session tracking and progress monitoring
- Detailed stats by area of the game
- Garmin and Golfshot sync to pull your rounds automatically
- Cloud backup, available on all your devices
OUR PHILOSOPHY
You don't need more time. You need a better plan. Grooves builds that plan from your real data, not generic advice.

You reach the tee, you raise your wrist: there's the hole, seen from above. Distances read on top of it, along with the play line, the flag and the area where your club leaves the ball. Set your target with a finger, zoom with the crown, and the phone follows. The rest of the round runs from the wrist too. Your swing is detected, you confirm the club and the lie, and the shot is logged with its GPS position. Elevation is applied to the distance and matched against the carries in your bag, so you read a club rather than a number.
