Worst Betting App
This app is very slow and difficult to navigate in comparison to most other betting apps. Have to log in on every occasion…sometimes doesn’t accept log-in details which I double check and are correct, which is soooo frustrating…needs face recognition log-in urgently!

They didnt give me my sign up bonus and locked my account after i deposited. Dont use this app!! Awful. I contacted customer service and when the agent asked me a bunch of questions he then said at the end that he couldn’t find my account and then left the chat straight away. Useless app.
Promotion advertised on store not available
As above - live chat said they are not aware of any such promotion for betting token to double odds

Deposit £20 and get £30 in bonus, worst lie ever. You don’t get £30 in bonuses, you get a fake £30 to use on spins that you don’t get any winnings from, the winnings just add to the bonus making the bonus as useful as a free spin simulator on the web
Do not fall for it!
Absolute liars are these. There is no welcome bonus and when you press the support chat (which takes hours to even respond and constantly end the chat out of no where) you get told that you didn’t select the welcome bonus. I clearly selected it I wouldn’t have signed up for it without making sure I pressed the welcome bonus. They are liars do not ever use this app

Disappointing
I have had the app less than a day , and it has already been down for over 12 hours with supposed maintenance and I have funds in the account awaiting to be withdrawn.

Can’t even use it it’s so bad.. it freezes and also any promo pop ups there always seems to be an error message when trying to claim . Then tells u to try again later. But how can u try again later when it’s a pop up that awarded u the bonus. There is no link to click later to redeem
Disconnecting from the games…
You making more then two hundred spins in the Centurion Megaways/Sugar rush and the other games, and when it’s near to be a freespins, they just kicking you with a disconnect and an hour you cannot connect to the game back, but when after couple hours (sometimes may be days) you getting back to that game, all that game is refreshed, your bet is refreshed and you need to start from the beginning… That’s how this … not giving you to get a freespins, and to win…

I stopped using this app when they stopped giving there free 5 euro bets out as I saw it as a detriment to my loyal service very much
out of no where. since then they have updated there app its been linked too there casino sister app this is useless even too use as a throwaway service goodbye it’s been a nice 5 -7years or so clearly many places that value loyal there customer base it’s become so very easy to move on .
the transition is very easy all you have to do is too look and you will find plenty of places that are very much value your repeat custom

App poor don’t allow you to log on the sports app. Opened new account and can’t use it unless go through the website which is not the best way.

Very slow app
App very very slow times where i don't even want place the bet. Even the website is the same. App needs to updated asappp.
Poor
Couldn’t log in for several days unless you changed your password via support. Once in if you came out you would have to go through the process again , very frustrating during Cheltenham week. Spoke to support a couple of times who didn’t seem too helpful and were difficult to understand.
