After downloading this app I started to get suggested videos about quitting weed in social media apps. I don’t have anything else online connecting me to this. While I like the concept I can’t abide this type of info being shared.

Great way to help keep track at a glance. I use the free version and I don’t recall ever having technical issues with the app. It is not intrusive with constant requests for a review, although they do pop up now and again, as one would expect, but you are asked if you want to, the. If you also would like to write a review.

This app has been very helpful for my patients who are chronic smokers to keep track of their use to work toward reducing their smoking. It also has been really helpful for many of them to see their symptoms improving as time goes on and being able to see how much funds they are saving.
Cold Turkey app only
I like the app. It’s helpful to check in and be accountable to myself. I used cannabis to taper off Benzos. The cannabis helps me sleep. Now I wish to taper off of cannabis but this app only allows cold turkey reduction. I will taper 10% each week so I don’t suffer through withdrawals and quit. Unfortunately, I don’t see how this app helps with tapering. Why go through this cold turkey?

This app is great and really helped me quit . I took away one star because no matter how many check-ins and entries I put in every day, the app still sends me a notification to complete my entry. It makes me think I didn’t do an entry that day when I already had.
This app helped me get 1 year off weed.
An app can’t make changes in your life for you, but this one is great. The symbol of the tree growing reminds you how long change takes. I was depressed for months after quitting weed and only as my tree really started to grow did I start to feel better. This amazing app helps you be patient with yourself. The only thing I could ask is for there to be new trees past one year. But I’m proud of myself this app helped me thank you.

good app, but use ai
the app is actually good and grounded plus is very affordable but i cannot in good faith give this app any money. this is because the art on the grounded plus ad within the app is quite clearly generative AI. wish you’d pay real artists instead.
tree have to grow fast
5 month of cold Turkey is very challenging, after finishing 5 month the tree have to be very big to seeing how far we go, even real tree grow faster than that. If i grounded a real seed it will give me fruits after 2 months

It’s been awesome seeing how much money is being saved not smoking. I haven’t struggled to stop but love my savings
Missing a lot
Overall just feels like a lazy app, user interface is lazy, motivation etc. plus it’s $30/yr after the trial ends and there’s no warning. I understand that’s customary but preying on addicts and hoping they forget to cancel to get some money is not a good look. I would have been better off with ChatGPT.
