App doesn’t work at all.
Doesn’t matter how many notifications you receive, and I receive plenty, they will never be in the app. I reach out to the company and they have no intentions on fixing anything. They tried to say it is my fault in so many words. Don’t waste your storage space.

App closing while importing pictures
This app closes while you’re trying to import your pictures so you have to import them several times before you can hit submit. Please find an update to this is causing field inspectors to become frustrated with the app.
App does not work
This app does not work at all. I’ve tried to notify Groundworks directly that their app does not work but they don’t believe me. I’ve been on the app for several months now and even if I’m on the app when a notification comes in, nothing will populate in the app.
Barely works
This app barely works when getting orders you get the email and it hardly shows up in the app. The original app did not give these problems so it’s very frustrating

Delay
There is a huge delay in the response time of receiving an email notification, receiving a push notification, notification in app & finally actually seeing it in the app. All of that may take 3-5 minutes. The app really need another upgrade.
Very bad
It now takes me longer to submit the jobs than to actually do them because of this app. Every time I try to submit the job it spins and spins. Many times crashing and I have to do it again. Sometimes 5+ times before it will finally go through. If it goes through.
Clunky UI - Crashes constantly
Gosh, don’t people test these apps before they upload them to the App Store? The functionality of this app is extremely unreliable. Awful
Can’t count on it.
This updated version is not reliable when taking pictures in the app. In the previous version, the photos would save to my phone and if there was any editing or needed, I had the photos in my phone to make changes. This version does not drop the photos to the phone. After I leave a site, I realize the app did not save the photo. Very frustrating. Now it won’t open. I had to delete it and reinstall.

There is a long delay before the notification hits the grab board. Please fix this. The app crashes when this happens.
