A Great Car Shopping Experience
I just purchased a new 2017 Ford Edge SEL at Jim Tidwell's dealership in Kennesaw, Ga. This is the second car I have bought from them in the last 5 years. I was blessed to have a sales representative, Kim, who was both professional and very patient as I searched their inventory to find just the right vehicle. The dealership offered fantastic incentives---especially on my trade-in which was a 2013 Ford Edge Sport.
Kim was so willing to work to get me the best deal and it was a great deal. My son, who prides himself on knowing how to wheel and deal, didn't even want me to go to the dealership on my own. When he saw the final numbers--and all the incentives, he quipped, " How come I never get a deal like that?!!@". Mohammad,in financing, had infinite patience with me as I asked probably too many questions. All were courteous, knowledgable, and eager to help in any way. Wow! What a great experience Thanks, Tidwell's!
