Worst mobile app I have used since smartphone era
You’ll never get through the service appointment process because the “next step” just disappeared mysteriously, in addition to the counter-intuitive interface. Another app, Sterling McCall Toyota has exactly the same issue. Whoever the contractor for this app should be fired.
