I paid for no ads
The app is requesting that I pay again for no ads after restoring my iPhone. I selected “Restore” on the app for my initial purchase and it does not work. I removed the app and installed it as suggested on their app. In addition, the EJing developer website is not available and no other resource to contact support.

Crashes after update. Where is the Support?
After update on iPad, it won’t even open. Just crashes. Still working on iPod.
Update: I updated on iPod now it crashes there too. I WOULD HAVE HAVE LOST ALL MY CONTACTS if they hadn’t been synced to Apple’s “Contacts”. (It’s clumsy to use for Groups but at least I have most of my contacts).
Can you get back the old version? Where do you contact Support?? Is there no support for this app?

Simple and Makes Grouping Work Well
It allows me to have groups of favorites on the Home Screen, a big plus for me.

Last update crashes when you try to open. Link to app support doesn’t work.
My problem
I like to sort my contacts in my own groups by alphabet but I can’t. Because they sort only by date and I don’t like it
Creates & and sets groups
I am using it to change groups and after dragging from old to new group, the entry is immediately changed in the contacts app.
Love the ease and organizational abilities of this app.
I hated having to look through my contacts all the time, now I can organize them and find what I need in no time.
Erased almost all app data
When I updated to iOS 14, almost all of my data was erased from the app. My groups have lost their colors. Groups are out of order. Worst of all, I cannot tell which contacts are not assigned to a group, because under “No group”, all of my contacts are listed. There is zero support for this app. The “Support” page on the App Store links to a Twitter page. I guess I have to sign up for Twitter if there’s any hope of restoring my data?!?

App Closes On Me
iOS version 14.0.1 on iPad
I’ve used this App frequently on this iPad for sending emails to large groups to share news regarding former coworkers. Now all of a sudden when I try to send emails, the app closes. I’ve tried two nights in a row. Can you make any suggestions? It lets me select my Group name, click on BCC and then as soon as I click on Send Mail, the app quits on me. Please help! Thanks!

No longer synchs changes
I just realized that any changes made in the app stay within the app. The changes you make are not made to the contacts on the phone. This makes this app totally useless. It hasn’t been updated for two years so I guess this app has been abandoned by the developers. Time to remove it from my phone.

This used to be a great app..... now ....... it just does not work. There is no connect to the contact list..... groups show up empty!!!!! Time to delete app and move on!
All contact addresses gone
After updating, the program had deleted all my addresses. I tried restoring from a backup from two years ago and again no addresses. It also duplicated all the entries to the point of five to ten for the same contact. Went to my Apple contacts but the addresses are not there. I lost over 1000 addresses. What a disaster.
