My only niggle is that when bringing up your list of people they’re all ticked by default. Would be better if you could just tick your own selection or have the option to deselect all.

Great app for my business I send 1 text to a group and everyone responds back to me 100% what I was looking for after they disconnected another text app I was using for years. Hope this will be my last app that o need.

Cannot get developer help,even though features have deteriorated over time
My basic issue with this App is that it is impossible to get responses from the developer when there is an issue. I recall I sent a help email a few months ago re smart group sends becoming unreliable but I got no response. I have owned this App for years and use it regularly However it appears to me that maybe a year ago it was revised and some features changed. Others disappeared. I use the smart groups feature and I send to at least 4 smart grouped batches of contacts each week - usually each is upward of 70 recipients. The App has become unreliable I have found, unless group messages are sent individually, which is a pain and not consistent with the purpose I bought the App for. Also the App used to allow the user to set sending parameters - eg it required to be told to select only the mobile number from each persons contact card, but that feature seems to have disappeared - the app doesn’t differentiate and I am getting “not sent” messages from people with a mobile number plus a home or other phone number in their contacts card - the app tries to send the message to both and then fails on that account. It works well. You need to play around with it for a while to understand the way it works, and I like it. And now I will subscribe to the pro version.
It would be nice if there was a way to send blind copy texts, but I don’t know if that’s possible with any app available.

Needs a couple features
If this app had a BCC feature so that you could send a group text without letting everybody know everybody else’s number and if it would allow you to send the text on delay response so that you could schedule it when it went out it would be perfect!!
Love this, use if quite frequently
I can quickly send messages to our group of Hospitalists and if needed can add in sending to administrators and other Physicians.

Still unclear on how to use the template feature. I feel there could be a more efficient way to create a group template versus setting the same template greeting and having to change the address name each time.

Adding more than a single character when searching your contacts yields nonsensical or empty search results. Probably works fine otherwise.

Unable to send a group MMS despite its advertisements. Have to continue to send individually.

Limit to 5 people is just waste of time. This info should be clearly available before spending time on this non worth app.

I paid the £5.99 for the pro version of the app.
I want to text my entire contact list which has 572 contacts. The app allows me to access all of the contacts and select all of them, however when I click on new message it presents me with a blank screen that does not allow me to write anything. If I select individual or groups it will allow me to write. I have contacted them by email and had no reply. Even their email link is set to white text so you have to amend the text to black for it to be visible.
Absolutely pointless app if it does not work or you can’t get your problem resolved.
