Failure
I just spent an hour creating my text group and adding the invite. I then sent it to the group and it only sent to 1/4 of the group. Now I have to individually figure out who it didn’t get sent to. So frustrating!
Wonky App
I have used this messaging app for quite some time now. More than a year maybe two. For a while it worked pretty well, but it no longer does. It only sends out part of my text list. I have written for support and given some suggestions that I have tried and none of it consistently works. This app has become wonky and unreliable. Therefore, I will not be renewing my subscription. And how hopeful I was that it would be as good as it was at the beginning.

I have used this app for years. All of a sudden it quit working correctly. I had groups set up but then it started having me email each person separately. I don’t have time to email 80-100 people separately. I have emailed and asked for advise on what happened with no response. I paid my yearly charge to have this app and now can’t even use it.

Updates Corrected Issues
I have been using this app for years with no problems and easy effort. The past few months an app update created a number of issues. Communication with the developers wasn’t great, but there WAS communication. From my perspective, all issues have now been resolved with the latest update. The additional features added to the app also create an easier, more efficient group emailing. So, I will say the bumps in the road resulted in a welcome bonus and ultimately an even better user experience.

Not work again
I just tried to send to 101 members again. It stopped at 25. I had to go through the entire list and deselect the 25 and send out again. Then it finished the rest and finally it said completed
Yesterday I had to do that 3 times and it never said completed. After the 3rd time there were about 3 left not done and I sent them out individually
This app is no longer reliable. Congregation members are mad when they are missed in the group text. I wish you never tried to update the app. Not worth it anymore. It appears you stopped responding to let me know you are working on it. I feel like you are considering me a nuisance

Just not what I wanted.
I can do the same thing on my iPhone by copying and pasting to each person individually.
I want an app that can send one message to multiple people at the same time without them seeing that it went to the others on the list.
I apologize if I missed something but I’ve tried multiple times and contacted the no one that work customer service… 🤷
This review is the only thing I can do to say that I wasted my money on an app that isn’t what it’s supposed to be.

I have been using this app for years and I have loved it, but the new update with shortcuts has made it useless to me and I’ve already paid a year subscription too.
PLEASE get rid of shortcuts and go back to the original way because it actually worked then…

The app works perfectly. Some hiccups recently were quickly fixed
This app used to be amazing, now it just crashes or doesn’t finish. What a disappointment.
Save your money! On an iPhone Pro 15, this app used to work wonders. At some point it got updated, and the last three sentences where I’ve tried to.send out. To around 200 people crashed. Then I had to send it by hand, and figure out who did get sent, and who didn’t. Junk.
Was working now paying for app and now it doesn’t work. Give me back my money and the old app I had.
Total waste of time and money.
New Shortcuts Doesnt work
Used to work flawless but the new function to use the shortcuts app doesnt work - only sends it to one person in the group

The whole reason for the app no longer works. It only sends out a portion of the group. In my case, only to the last contact you added to the group. It is embarrassing to say the least. There is zero customer service.

I love this app. It is very useful for getting out messages to our church but I believe you may have changed me twice because of my own doings. Will you see and let me know. Thank you so much.
Update ruined it.
The new shortcuts are useless, no matter what I do it only sends it to 12 people.
Then I have to do it manually and hit send 90+ times

App stopped working
I used this app all the time and about a month ago it just stopped working. No more group messages after the update. No response from the company as I emailed them two weeks ago, hoping this garners a response. Great app when it's working.
Disappointed
Was a wonderful program but now - No support available anymore and the app is not working ever since the last iOS download.
