Inefficient & inconvenient
The app does not update quickly enough to stay compatible with the iPhone updates, which makes the app inefficient. Also, at times, it acts as any other group text, where all recipients end up receiving each other’s replies, which is an overwhelming nuisance and inconvenience. I purchased this app so that I could protect my group text recipients from that nuisance.

Something happened
I use to use this app all the time but something has happened I can’t add new contacts to groups. My groups are changing every year and now the app will not download my address book to add new people to the group. I have contacted support but wouldn’t you guess no reply.

Doesn't work on iPhone X
Simple interface linked to contacts easily, however once a template is produced, you can't send anything because the keyboard covers the lower portion of the screen and the template won't scroll. Wasted my money on this one.

Just downloaded app today and I am not able to send any messages! Downloaded for the purpose to send a group text and it will not send.
Waste of Money
Well that is £2.49 wasted! App does not work. You select your recipients, you write your message, press send, then………. Nothing! Diddly squat! It does nothing, it does not send, it wastes your time and money. The FAQ’s don’t open, the User Guide doesn’t open. I needed this app for a specific task to save me time, it would have been quicker sending every text one by one. Don’t be a mug like me, and avoid this app.

Frustrated
I need two things. 1. I need to send to individual people the same text; it can NOT be a group text. 2. I need to save drafts of hundreds of texts all ready to go so i can send on a different day. Can this App do that? If not than i need a refund. Someone needs to get in touch with me as soon as possible.

Not working and no updates.
App still does not work. I have sent multiple emails to support with zero response.
Gone downhill
I bought this app about 9 years ago. It was amazing!! However, now I am unable to send any messages at all without copying and pasting to my regular messages. My messages will not send. It will not allow me to access FAQ, nor any support. This app really needs work.

I have had this app fir over 10 years. It has always been great up to now. The app needed to be updated for ipnone software update 14.0. Unfortunately, the developer will not respond to my email. I had 302 people on my daily text, and after 14.0 it will not allow the texts but to 147. I receive a pop up stating that the developer needs to make changes so that it will work with 14.0. I had the ‘pro’ app and now it does not work~

I can’t create a group or add anyone for a group message. Do not use! Waste of money!
