Used this app on two different trips, one to Alaska the other to Europe. So easy, private, and delivers a keepsake video made from the photos shared by the group. You don’t have to give your phone number, email address, or setup an account. plus, no ads! It helps to make new friends on a group tour, and creates new long lasting relationships through the sharing of a special travel experience. Love it!

Fantastic App that helped keep our trip organized with the private photo gallery and document uploader! The mapping and messaging features are fantastic and in addition to the keepsake video that makes a perfect recruiting tool for future trips!
Horrid Experience
Absolutely Barr none the worst travel app I have ever been forced to download. The app, freezes, routinely, chat, and texts work rarely. When they do work, they notice sent, and show up in the other persons inbox hours, sometimes days later. Hours, in the middle of a trip to Hawaii. we were informed after missing several key notifications that we needed to forcibly remove and reinstall the app because it needed an update and didn’t inform anyone. After going through all of this, the update didn’t properly apply or fix anything. Only after a full reboot of the phone, and the full uninstall and reinstall procedure, did the app work as well as it was expected to do. Granted, it was better than the abysmal performance before the update. But this thing still stinks. Unable to download my “keepsake” video. Clicking the download here does nothing. contacted tech support, still waiting to hear anything. We were forced to use this app through guardian travel group. Never, I repeat never use guardian travel group for anything you do traveling. On a banded trip, the idiots in charge forgot to photograph 27 out of 100 band members on a trip to Pearl Harbor to play a tribute performance. Not sure how you can miss over 25% of the group and not realize it without multiple parents pointing it out, but this app made it possible for them to showcase their inaptitude. The two seem to go hand-in-hand. if you can avoid downloading this app, beg your travel agency ( hopefully not guardian ) to use any other app available.

Unusable App
This was the most frustrating app I’ve ever used for group communications.
We were required to use this app for communication with a huge tour group (over 600 people involved). The app was highly unstable in the best of times on iOS and often crashed if more than a few people in the group were using it at the same time. It was 100% unusable for our colleagues using Android devices, limiting who could send out and receive communications.
When creating groups, you often had to select and add the same person multiple times to properly save in your contact list. With writing messages, any app crashes or temporary jumping out of the app and back in by the user caused any text you were writing to be completely erased. Instead of sending out a single message with key information, I needed to send out multiple short messages to avoid having the app crash while typing the info.
There are much better group communication apps I have used with other tour groups. Stay away from this one.

Great app for trips
This app is very helpful and soo easy to use my grandma can use even use this, what an amazing way to share your photos privately and the end product just sells it all.
Really needs a complete redesign/update
I’m chaperoning a class trip as I write this. The app is a useful tool for sharing pictures, but even that’s a stretch due to limitations. The entire interface and layout is weird and ineffective.
Constantly crashes
I asked others in my school trip if their app crashes everytime the they tap on a picture in the app and it’s been told no but the fact that it happens to me means I can’t be the only one. I hope this gets fixed.

The photos take forever to load and the quality of the pictures is very very bad. The same pics on FB look much better. Sometimes while you scroll it constantly reloads. I wish our school used a different app!
Very frustrating
I have been trying to add students to specific groups for the past hour and it keeps removing names after they have been successfully added. Picture upload seems to work but the messaging feature is very frustrating right now. This is only day one of the app!

School trip
Our school took 38 kids to Wyoming. It claims support for GPS but we cannot find the mapping function. Also we were supposed to be able email / message the leader but can’t find that function either. Pictures are nice!

We are very sorry! It is possible a request was made to disable the messaging feature before your trip. Also, it only works the day of departure and stops at midnight the day of your return.

Very cool app
Our group recently came back from a corporate trip to Cancun and this was part of our trip. We liked the itinerary and flight schedules being at our fingertips. The mapping messaging kept the whole group in touch. We can’t wait to see the finished video from the photos we uploaded

Immediately shuts down phone when I click on a picture to view. Did no one bats test this before pushing it out?

The app is nice for big over night school field trips, and the pictures are nice but it’s a little far fetched.
