I get is error messages and things like that no matter what I try and haven’t got the app to provide a single thing

Nothing is loading and it finds no groups stickers or bots. Am I using it right? I choose not to upgrade/subscribe if it’s a sh*2 app. Any advice from other users or the dev team? Deleting soon otherwise. Thanks
