It says that the app is free, but you have to put in a credit card number to download the app. If you have even a prepaid card for your children’s school sports program,etc. any reason whatsoever! You can not receive food stamps from the government if you have one! But a majority of people in groups recover together are people who are on Medicaid and food stamps etc. So with that being said what is a person supposed to do? Not get the help they need? The insurance for their children, themselves in turn pays for the group and the medication.? Groups has been aware of my personal situation for years now. I have anxiety to a great extent and I have memory issues bc I choose to try to take my own life and I went without oxygen before I was completely gone, so now I struggle badly with anxiety, memory loss etc. Social anxiety really badly. But I have been in the office many times and not even the main office manager could fix either of my phones to download the group recover together app. Bc it asks for a credit card number and if you don’t have a valid credit card number, you don’t get past that part of the download for the app. It’s actually easy for the office to send a meeting I.d number for me to get in and continue to participate in my sobriety! But now they are saying that the upper management is no longer allowing them to send me a link number to login. So please make sense of this? I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There is zero support, zero communication or accountability. Nothing but issues with filling prescriptions or getting in touch with someone to fix the issue. Proceed with Warning they get you addicted to suboxone and god forbid your medicine gets stolen or lost. Had to file complaints with attorney general and DEA against them. Nothing but a pill mill. They do not care about you as a patient what so ever. Steer clear!

Groups has saved my life and they can save yours too very easy and convenient

It’s as easy as the apps says..groups and my Tuesday groupies helped stop me from going down a road I believe do believe would have been my last ride down…but I’m still here thankfully. Good people here good counselors and staff that makes sure you have the things you need like uds’s and fetonyol test kits. Only gripe I have is the test cups show that your positive but after it cools off does the line - darken enough to see while one thinks to himself I know dang well I haven’t taken that. Majority of the people have same issues!!

Groups Recover Together
Groups is just unbelievably convenient. Being able to do everything right from my phone has made my recovery process so much easier. You only have to go into the office I think twice a year to do a uds and the rest the time you take photos of the drug screens and upload onto the app. Your home group will be same people every week which is another good thing so you actually get to know people better. Groups is just great all the way around. Thank you. God Bless

Best years ever!!!
I started groups in February of 2023 and through their process have gotten me life back!! They have truly saved me!! I’m now married to an amazing wife and we have a total of 8 kids together!! We’re doing great and it’s all thanks to groups and helping me get my life back!! I’m now a certified aluminum tig welder and all!! I can’t thank groups recovery enough for everything they have done to turn my life around!! From the counselors to the group meeting, I couldn’t ask for better people to surround myself with!!

I’m very happy to be part of the Groups community!!! Suboxone has saved my life. In Groups has just made it just convenient and instead of having to go out to doctors office and going to doctors visit you can just do it at home and have your Groups at home and you grow as a community with your home group.! if you haven’t tried it give it a try!!!!!! Nothing will change if you don’t change!!!!

Recovery
Without Groups recovery I can’t say where I’d be tbh I’d probably be dead or in prison for slinging drugs. So that being said I’ve been cleaned now for 2 years so thank you for GROUPS RECOVERY…!!

App is ok but UDS test not accurate
Still has a few glitches but works a lot better than the test cups not 100% accurate 90% at best!! We are accountable to these cups while no-one or nothing is accountable to us! A bit unfair to say the least!! Orange park knows about it!! ~Tuesday morning group~ 💯🫡

So I got a message to update my app and I could get a t-shirt well when I pulled it up in the App Store it just tells me to open it doesn’t say anything about uploading it so how do I get the t-shirt
Serves purpose
The app performs as it should. It’s serves its purpose. If anyone wants calendars to count days for sobriety, then download an app that does that. The app was created to offer us a way to stay home. I feel, it does just that. Anything else wanted; in my opinion, isn’t necessary for what this app was created for. Thank You Groups!!

Can’t take photos
I’m trying to take photos of insurance cards and my ID but the camera screen is black. My camera works in any other app
Care plan
I’m unable to complete my care plan it is stuck on goal 1 and won’t let me past it.
It’s ok
Apps a lot better than it first was. I’ve been in groups off and on for 10 years. Since in person group. Alots changed some for the good some for the bad. Counselors are great. Technology is what it is! Biggest issue is it glitching during care plans and asking for pictures of urine tests twice. Aside from that works good.

Fix your app!!!! People still can’t submit drug tests!
It’s been broken for too long now. Fix the app so we can submit our tests.
Can’t take pictures
Ever since the update I can’t take pictures. It will let me take the first picture but after that nothing. Please fix!!!!
Love Groups HATE App
Like another user said, I can only take a picture of the back of my cup and then my screen goes black! Of course, no one else in my group experienced this so I am happy to see that others are having issues as well.
The new update
I haven’t been able to take pictures of my screens since the new update! I have deleted and reinstalled the app and still can’t get past the first picture! It will take the first one then the screen goes black!! I wasn’t having issues before!
